Cauliflower Cheese Soup - Fresh cauliflower pureed in house made vegetable stock and finished with sharp cheddar cheese.  (Veg)  32oz $12

Winter Minestrone Soup- Italian pancetta, cannellini beans, diced tomatoes, carrots, celery, potatoes and swiss chard slow simmered together in house made broth.  A very filling soup to warm you body and soul!     (GF)   32oz $12

Pear and Blue Cheese Salad - Romaine lettuce with pears, pecans and blue cheese served with balsamic vinaigrette dressing.  (Veg)   $12 

Beet, Tomato and Chickpea Salad - Chopped beets with tomatoes, green onion, red onion and cilantro tossed in a lemon sesame dressing and served on a bed of baby spinach and romaine lettuce.  (Vegan)  $15

Tofu Buddha Bowl - Brown rice with broccoli, carrot, red onion, beets, firm tofu, kalamata olives and chick peas make a hardy meal that can be enjoyed warm or cold!   (Vegan)  Single portion sizes 16oz   $14

Mushroom Barley Risotto - Assorted  mushrooms slow cooked with whole grain barley into a deliciously vegan risotto.  (Veg)   $25/2 or $42/4

Beet and Pea Risotto - Cubed beets and peas in a vegetarian risotto with mint and feta cheese.  $25/2 or $42/4

Stuffed Zucchini - Zucchini halves stuffed with balsamic onions and goat cheese, served with quinoa pilaf.  (Veg)   $23/2 or $40/4 

Bacon and Brussels Mac 'n Cheese - Penne pasta, crispy (nitrate-free) bacon and savory Brussels sprouts tossed in a rich cheddar and Gruyere cheese sauce and baked until browned and bubbly.  $26/2 or $44/4

Chicken with Wild Mushrooms - Bone in chicken and wild mushrooms simmered with sherry, garlic and thyme and served on a bed of wild rice. (GF) $28/2 or $45/4

Chicken and Rice Casserole - Tender chunks of white meat chicken with rice and broccoli in a creamy havarti cheese sauce and topped with parmesan.  $27/2 or $44/4

Shepherd's Pie - Grass fed organic ground beef with vegetables in a rich gravy topped with silky whipped potatoes and cheddar cheese.  (GF option available)    $32/2 or $59/4

Beef Bourguignon - Grass fed organic beef slow cooked with carrots, pearl onions and mushrooms in a rich wine sauce.  Served with whipped potatoes.  (GF) $34/2 or $58/4
