Southwestern Quinoa Salad - Quinoa loaded with peppers, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, black beans and corn all tossed in cilantro lime dressing.  $18

Beet and Pea Risotto - Cubed beets and peas in a vegetarian risotto with mint and feta cheese.  $25/2 or $42/4

Stuffed Chicken Breasts - Tender chicken breasts stuffed with baby spinach and feta cheese topped with panko breadcrumbs and served with rice pilaf or angel hair pasta.   $28/2 or $52/4

Lemon Chicken Breasts with Garlicky Spinach Orzo - Garlic-lemon marinaded boneless skinless breasts grilled and topped with grilled lemon slices.  Served with garlicky spinach orzo pasta (or sub rice for GF version).    $28/2 or $49/4

Artichoke and Walnut Pesto Pasta - Fresh pesto made from baby arugula, walnuts and artichoke hearts tossed with penne rigate pasta and topped with grated Parmesan cheese. Served with fresh bread and garlic butter.  $26/2 or $38/4
