Black Bean Soup - Warm and comforting and very hardy black bean soup with a side of cilantro for topping.  (Vegan)  32oz   $10

Asian Chicken Soup - Your favorite chicken soup with an Asian twist!  Stiitake mushrooms, snow peas and a touch of soy sauce join moist chicken chunks in a savory chicken stock. 32 oz   $11

Butternut Squash and Bean Chili - Sweet butternut squash with black beans, bell peppers and tomatoes in a mild chili.  Includes a side of shredded cheese for topping if desired.  (Vegan, without cheese)  32 oz   $18

Spinach Salad with Beets - Baby spinach topped with roasted beets served with orange vinaigrette dressing.  (Vegan)    $10

Wedge Salad - Wedge of Iceberg lettuce topped with crumbled bacon and diced tomatoes and served with Creamy Roquefort dressing.     $10.50

Tofu Buddha Bowl - Brown rice with broccoli, carrot, red onion, beets, firm tofu, kalamata olives and chick peas make a hardy meal that can be enjoyed warm or cold!   (Vegan)  Single portion sizes 16oz   $14

Sesame Soba Noodles - Buckwheat soba noodles with edamame, carrots and scallions in a tamari sesame sauce and topped with sesame seeds.  (Vegan)  $22/2 or $40/4

Portuguese Chicken - Juicy chicken thighs and mild chorizo sausage with baby potatoes, portobello mushrooms, kale and fire roasted tomatoes in a flavor-packed broth.  Served with fresh rolls.       $29/2 or $50/4

Pork Goulash - Tender ground pork with sweet apples and onions served with butter parsley egg noodles and sour cream for topping.  $28/2 or $49/4

Beef Stew with Turnips - Rich and thick beef stew to warm you up on these cold winter days!  Chunks of grass fed organic chuck roast with turnips and greens.  Served with fresh rolls.             $35/2 or $55/4

Please place orders by noon Sunday for delivery on Monday or by noon Wed. for delivery on Thursday.  Custom orders are always available with a 1-2 day turn around time.
