Italian Vegetable Soup - House made broth packed with carrots, celery, potato, zucchini, tomatoes and navy beans.  Served with Parmesan cheese for topping. (Veg, GF) 32oz $13/1 and $9 for each additional

Tomato Lentil Soup - Red lentils pureed with fresh cherry tomatoes in our house vegetable mineral stock.    (Vegan, GF)   32oz $12/1  and $8.50 for each additional

Asian Chicken Soup - Your favorite chicken soup with an Asian twist!  Stiitake mushrooms, snow peas and a touch of soy sauce join moist chicken chunks in a savory chicken stock. (GF) 32 oz   $12/1 and $8.50 for each additional 
  
Chinese Vegetable Salad - Romaine lettuce, Napa cabbage, radishes, snow peas and sliced almonds served with Ginger dressing.  (Vegan, GF)  $12
Add grilled chicken breast for $4


Spinach Salad with Beets - Baby spinach topped with roasted beets served with orange vinaigrette dressing.  (GF)   $10  

Chopped Salad - Chopped romaine lettuce, cucumber, radish, celery, peas, and toasted almonds served with lemon dill dressing.  (Vegan)  $14

Kale Chopped Salad - Tuscan kale with cranberries, chickpeas, edamame and herbs tossed in a lemon dressing.  Serves 2 as a main dish or 4-6 as a side.  (Vegan, GF)    $15

Italian Stuffed Portobellos - Portobello mushrooms stuffed with rice, artichokes, sun-dried tomatoes, and pesto.  Served with wilted spinach.  (Veg, GF)   $28/2 or $49/2

Lemon Chicken Breasts with Garlicky Spinach Orzo - Garlic-lemon marinaded boneless skinless breasts grilled and topped with grilled lemon slices.  Served with garlicky spinach orzo pasta.       $28/2 or $49/4

Andalusian Pork Tenderloin - Spanish spiced pork topped with a green olive salad and served with a side of Mediterranean couscous   $31/2 or $50/4 

Jumbo Cheesy Meatballs - Jumbo meatballs with a mozzarella center topped with chunky tomato sauce and ricotta cheese.  Served with your choice of pasta or rice.   $36/2 or $62/4
