Italian Vegetable Soup - House made broth packed with carrots, celery, potato, zucchini, tomatoes and navy beans.  Served with Parmesan cheese for topping. (Veg, GF)   32oz   $11

Tomato Lentil Soup - Red lentils pureed with fresh cherry tomatoes in our house vegetable mineral stock.    (Vegan, GF)   32oz    $11 

Caesar Salad - Crisp romaine lettuce with shaved Parmesan cheese and house made croutons and Creamy Caesar dressing.  (Veg, GF)   $11
- Add grilled chicken breast for $4 or grilled shrimp for $6
 
Beet, Tomato and Chickpea Salad - Chopped beets with tomatoes, green onion, red onion and cilantro tossed in a lemon sesame dressing and served on a bed of baby spinach and romaine lettuce.  (Vegan)  $15

Lentil Salad - Green lentils with grapes, cucumber, red pepper and topped with lemon vinaigrette dressing.  (Vegan, GF)  16oz $8.50

Fresh Vegetable Risotto - Creamy risotto with mushrooms, asparagus, tomato, and carrots with fontina and parmesan cheeses.  (Veg)  $26/2 or $49/4

Lemon Chicken Breasts with Garlicky Spinach Orzo - Garlic-lemon marinaded boneless skinless breasts grilled and topped with grilled lemon slices.  Served with garlicky spinach orzo pasta (or sub rice for GF version).    $28/2 or $49/4

Artichoke and Walnut Pesto Pasta - Fresh pesto made from baby arugula, walnuts and artichoke hearts tossed with penne rigate pasta and topped with grated Parmesan cheese. Served with fresh bread and garlic butter. (Veg)         $24/2 or $38/4        Add grilled chicken breast for $4 more or grilled shrimp for $6

Mustard Glazed Pork Tenderloin - Pork tenderloin medallions grilled with a honey mustard glaze.  Served with Carolina coleslaw and baked beans.  $36/2 or $65/4

Mini Meatloaves - Classic meat and potatoes dinner!  Mini meatloaves with a tangy tomato glaze served with roasted potato wedges and green beans.  $36/2 or $65/4
