Heirloom Tomato Salad - fresh heirloom tomatoes,with thin slices of basil topped with goat cheese and served with champagne vinaigrette dressing.  (Veg, GF)  $13

Spinach Salad - Baby spinach with shaved carrots, orange segments and sesame seeds served with toasted sesame dressing.  (Vegan, GF)  $15

Green Soup -Yes, it is green and delicious!  Pureed soup of baby spinach, peas and zucchini in vegetable stock.  (Vegan, GF)   32 oz $12

Southwestern Quinoa Salad - Quinoa loaded with peppers, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, black beans and corn all tossed in cilantro lime dressing.  $18

Beet and Pea Risotto - Cubed beets and peas in a vegetarian risotto with mint and feta cheese.  $25/2 or $42/4


Fettuchini with Pumpkin Alfredo sauce - Fresh house made fettuchini tossed with a rich creamy pumpkin Alfredo.  $24/2 or $40/4  (Try with the Maple Glazed Swiss Chard!)


Chicken with Wild Mushrooms - Bone in chicken and wild mushrooms simmered with sherry, garlic and thyme and served on a bed of wild rice. $28/2 or $45/4


Apricot Pork Chops - Boneless pork chops glazed with apricot jam and sliced almonds served with roasted baby potatoes and steamed broccoli.  $32/2 or $55/4

Chinese Beef with Bok Choy - Slow cooked grass fed organic chuck roast mixed with bok choy cabbage in a ginger soy sauce and served with white or brown rice.  $36/2 or $60/4

Sides - All sides are $5 with a meal or $7 a la carte

Delivery fee of $5 is added to all orders.

Place order by 1pm Sunday for delivery on Monday or by 1pm Wed. for delivery on Thursday. Custom orders are always available with a 1 to 2 day turn around time.
