Italian Vegetable Soup - House made broth packed with carrots, celery, potato, zucchini, tomatoes and navy beans.  Served with Parmesan cheese for topping. (Veg, GF)      32oz $12

Tomato Lentil Soup - Red lentils pureed with fresh cherry tomatoes in our house vegetable mineral stock.    (Vegan, GF)   32oz  $12

Spinach Salad with Beets - Baby spinach topped with roasted beets served with orange vinaigrette dressing.  (GF)   $12

Chopped Salad - Chopped romaine lettuce, cucumber, radish, celery, peas, and toasted almonds served with lemon dill dressing.  (Vegan)  $12

Kale Chopped Salad - Tuscan kale with cranberries, chickpeas, edamame and herbs tossed in a lemon dressing.  Serves 2 as a main dish or 4-6 as a side.  (Vegan, GF)    $14

Mediterranean Lentil Salad - Green lentils with red bell pepper, cucumber, kalamata olives, feta cheese (on the side) and herbs in a lemon dressing.  (Veg)    $12

Lemon Chicken Breasts with Garlicky Spinach Orzo - Garlic-lemon marinaded boneless skinless breasts grilled and topped with grilled lemon slices.  Served with garlicky spinach orzo pasta.       $28/2 or $49/4

Lemon Caper Chicken - Pan seared boneless skinless chicken breast topped with a creamy lemon caper sauce and served with your choice of rice pilaf or smashed potatoes. (GF) $28/2 or $50/4

Andalusian Pork Tenderloin - Spanish spiced pork loin topped with a green olive salad and served with a side of Mediterranean couscous   $31/2 or $50/4 

Jumbo Cheesy Meatballs - Jumbo meatballs with a mozzarella center topped with chunky tomato sauce and ricotta cheese.  Served with your choice of pasta or rice.   $34/2 or $55/4

Beef and Mushroom Stroganoff - Tender pieces of grass-fed beef tenderloin and button mushrooms in a savory stroganoff sauce, served with buttered egg noodles.  $36/2 or $62/4
