Weekly Specials 4/4 - 4/10

Pasta E Fagioli - Italian beans, pancetta, vegetables and tiny pasta in a thick soup with house made chicken stock, includes a side of Parmesan cheese for topping.  32oz $12 

Spring Green Minestrone - Fresh soup packed with market veggies like leeks, carrots, peas and parsley with ditalini pasta and pearl onions.  Yum!  (Veg)  $12

Kale Chopped Salad - Tuscan kale with cranberries, chickpeas, edamame and herbs tossed in a lemon dressing.  Serves 2 as a main dish or 4-6 as a side.  (Vegan, GF)    $12

Chopped Salad - Chopped romaine lettuce, cucumber, radish, celery, peas, and toasted almonds served with lemon dill dressing.  (Vegan, GF)  $10

Middle Eastern Vegetable Salad - Tomatoes, cucumbers, scallions and chick peas tossed with a lemon herb dressing and topped with feta cheese.  (Veg, GF)    $12


Beet and Pea Risotto - Cubed beets and peas in a vegetarian risotto with mint and feta cheese.  $25/2 or $42/4

Stuffed Zucchini - Zucchini halves stuffed with balsamic onions and goat cheese, served with quinoa pilaf.  (Veg)   $23/2 or $40/4 
 


Fresh Vegetable Risotto - Creamy risotto with mushrooms, asparagus, tomato, and carrots with fontina and parmesan cheeses.  (Veg)  $26/2 or $49/4

Lemon Chicken Breasts with Garlicky Spinach Orzo - Garlic-lemon marinaded boneless skinless breasts grilled and topped with grilled lemon slices.  Served with garlicky spinach orzo pasta.       $28/2 or $49/4 

Chicken and Rice Casserole - Tender chunks of white meat chicken with rice and broccoli in a creamy havarti cheese sauce and topped with parmesan.  $28/2 or $45/4

Sweet Potato Shepherd's Pie - Ground pork and sweet corn filling topped with whipped sweet potatoes with a touch of real maple syrup.  (GF)  $27/2 or $45/4


Beef Bourguignon - Grass fed organic beef slow cooked with carrots, pearl onions and mushrooms in a rich wine sauce.  Served with whipped potatoes.  (GF) $34/2 or $58/4
