Sausage and Lentil Soup - House made Italian sausage with lentils and vegetables in a fresh beef stock with Parmesan cheese for topping.  (GF)  32oz  $11

Chopped Salad - Chopped romaine lettuce, cucumber, radish, celery, peas, and toasted almonds served with lemon dill dressing.  (Vegan, GF)  $12

Vegetable Salad - Edamame, green beans and cherry tomatoes tossed in basil and thyme vinaigrette dressing.  (Vegan, GF)  $10

Kale Waldorf Salad - Kale, apples. celery, walnuts and raisins served with apple Dijon vinaigrette. (Vegan, GF) $10

Sesame - Almond Noodles - Cold soba noddles with red pepper carrot and cucumber tossed in almond sesame dressing.  (Vegan, GF)  16oz  $8.50

Heirloom Tomato Pie - House made pastry crust filled with layers of  fresh sliced heirloom tomatoes, mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.  (Veg)  $24/2 or $42/4

Quinoa and Vegetable Stuffed Peppers - Sweet bell peppers stuffed with quinoa, zucchini, onion, eggplant and tomatoes then topped with feta cheese.  (Veg, GF) $25/2 or $45/4

Escalloped Chicken and Noodles - Chunks of chicken breast with fresh egg noodles and vegetables in a creamy mushroom sauce topped with breadcrumbs.  Pair with a salad for a hearty and comforting dinner. (GF version available)   $26/2 or $47/4

Mediterranean Stuffed Chicken - Boneless chicken breasts stuffed with provolone, salami and herbs served atop house made tomato sauce and served with angel hair pasta or rice pilaf.  (Veg, GF with rice) $28/2 or $50/4

Turkey with Leeks and Mushrooms - Thin sliced turkey cutlets in a rich leek and mushroom gravy served with mashed potatoes.  $26/2 o r $47/4

Sesame Steak - Sliced grass-fed organic beef stir-fried with napa cabbage, carrots and English cucumber in a sesame ginger sauce.  Served with white or brown rice. (GF)  $32/2 or  $55/4
