Winter Minestrone Soup- Italian pancetta, cannellini beans, diced tomatoes, carrots, celery, potatoes and swiss chard slow simmered together in house made broth.  A very filling soup to warm you body and soul!     (GF)   32oz $10.50

Rustic Lentil Soup with Chard - Brown lentils simmered with red peppers, carrots and swiss chard.  (Veg, GF)  32oz $11

Kale Chopped Salad - Tuscan kale with cranberries, chickpeas, edamame and herbs tossed in a lemon dressing.  Serves 2 as a main dish or 4-6 as a side.  (Veg, GF)    $12

Sicilian Salad - Three lettuces with thin sliced fennel and oranges, served with red wine vinaigrette dressing.  (Veg, GF)   $12

Red and Green Salad - Red radishes, red apples and red onions on a bed of romaine lettuce and served with red wine vinaigrette. (Veg, GF)    $12

Quinoa-Stuffed Peppers - Sweet bell peppers stuffed with quinoa, tomatoes, spinach and pine nuts then topped with fresh basil pesto. (Vegan, GF)   $24/2 or $45/4

Lemon Caper Chicken - Pan seared boneless skinless chicken breast topped with a creamy lemon caper sauce and served with your choice of rice pilaf or smashed potatoes. (GF) $28/2 or $50/4

Chicken Pot Pie - White meat chicken with fresh vegetables in a light gravy and topped with flaky pastry dough.  (GF option available)    $24/2 or $48/4

Shepherd's Pie - Grass fed organic ground beef with vegetables in a rich gravy topped with silky whipped potatoes and cheddar cheese.  (GF option available)    $32/2 or $59/4
