Chicken Tortilla Soup - Shredded chicken and diced vegetables in a mildly spiced chicken stock, served with slices of lime.  (GF)  32 oz $12

Sausage and Broccoli Rabe Soup - Mild Italian sausage, broccoli rabe and cannellini beans in a house made chicken broth! 32 oz    $12

Mushroom and Wild Rice Soup -  Creamy mushroom soup packed with porcini, shiitake, and potobello mushrooms and wild rice.  (Veg)  32oz  $12

Beet Salad - Roasted baby beets and shiitake mushrooms on a bed of fresh arugula and topped with goat cheese.  Served with Dijon vinaigrette dressing.  Serves 1 as a main dish or 3-4 as a side.  (Veg, GF) $15

Cobb Salad - Chopped avocado, tomatoes, bacon (uncured, nitrate free), hard boiled eggs and blue cheese on a bed of lettuce.  Served with your choice of Dijon vinaigrette or blue cheese dressing.  (GF)  $15 

Middle Eastern Vegetable Salad - Tomatoes, cucumbers, scallions and chick peas tossed with a lemon herb dressing and topped with feta cheese.  (Veg, GF)    $12

Lentil Salad - Green lentils with grapes, cucumber, red pepper and topped with lemon vinaigrette dressing.  (Vegan, GF)  16oz $8.50

Farro Mac and Cheese with Bacon - A whole grain twist on mac and cheese, farro is a fiber rich grain that helps you burn more calories!   Try it paired with green salad or a side of broccoli for a great meal.  (Veg if you leave off the bacon)   $22/2 or $38/4

Stuffed Acorn Squash - Roasted acorn squash stuffed with portabello mushrooms and rice then topped with Parmesan cheese.  (veg, GF)  $28/2 or $45/2


Penne with Vodka Cream Sauce - Penne pasta tossed with a creamy tomato sauce spiked with vodka and finished with basil.  (Veg, GF noodles available)  $24/2 or $38/4
- Add sliced grilled chicken for $2 more per serving

Lemon Chicken Breasts with Garlicky Spinach Orzo - Garlic-lemon marinaded boneless skinless breasts grilled and topped with grilled lemon slices.  Served with garlicky spinach orzo pasta.       $28/2 or $49/4

Andalusian Pork Tenderloin - Spanish spiced pork topped with a green olive salad and served with a side of Mediterranean couscous   $31/2 or $50/4

Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf - Apple wood smoked bacon wrapped around tender meatloaf topped with tomato sauce and served with a side of roasted garlic mashed potatoes. Your choice ground beef or ground turkey. (GF available)  $29/2 or $50/4

Sides - All sides are $5 with a meal order or $7 a la carte for a 2 portion size
