Southwestern Salad - Romaine lettuce topped with cucumber, tomato, broccoli florets, corn, black beans and pinto beans.  Served with cilantro-lime dressing.  (Veg, GF)  $12 

Green Salad - Crisp romaine lettuce topped with cucumbers, peas, edamame, green beans and served with green goddess dressing!  (Veg, GF)  $12

Middle Eastern Vegetable Salad - Tomatoes, cucumbers, scallions and chick peas tossed with a lemon herb dressing and topped with feta cheese.  (Veg, GF)    $12

Lentil Salad - Green lentils with grapes, cucumber, red pepper and topped with lemon vinaigrette dressing.  (Vegan, GF)  16oz $8.50

Farro Mac and Cheese with Bacon - A whole grain twist on mac and cheese, farro is a fiber rich grain that helps you burn more calories!   Try it paired with green salad or a side of broccoli for a great meal.  (Veg if you leave off the bacon)   $22/2 or $38/4 

Quiche - Your choice of herb and swiss or tomato cheddar fillings in a creamy custard baked in a flaky pie crust.  2 portion size is 1/2 a pie, 4 portions is a full pie.   (Veg)  $21/2 or $36/4

Moroccan Chicken - Moroccan spiced chicken thighs served with couscous.  $28/2 or $49/4

Turkey Apple Swedish Meatballs - Lean ground turkey, grated apple and pumpernickel bread meatballs in a savory sauce served with mashed potatoes.  $28/2 or $49/4

Chipotle Short Ribs - Grass fed, organic beef short ribs in a smokey chipotle sauce slow roasted to tender perfection!  Served with white or brown rice.
